Methods of Payment

Money Order, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted. Prepayment
Money orders must be mailed to eHome Golf, Attn: A/R Dept.,
7650 Stage Road, Buena Park, CA 90621 prior to the release
of prepaid shipments. Please allow for ten working days on
prepayment shipping.

All prices indicated reflect the purchaser's price in U.S.
currency. The prices do not include freight, applicable
federal, state, and local taxes, charges and duties, or special
crating requirements. All posted prices are subject to change
without notice. All Credit Card orders will be confirmed
by telephone or email prior to shipment to confirm freight
and handling charges if required.

Delivery Terms (back

All freight is FOB shipping point. Title to all goods
passes to the customer at the time of shipment (release to
the freight shipping company).
Shipping and Freight

Shipments are made F.O.B., or on select products directly
from the manufacturer. Due to different points of origin your
order may not ship together. We ship UPS except when size
or weight exceed UPS limits (over 70 lbs. or girth / length
over 130"). We choose the most economical method of shipment
and reserve the right to select the shipment method. ALL orders
will be billed for freight. Factory direct shipments may be
billed separately for freight. These charges are not available
from the freight company until after your order has been shipped
and billed.
Returns and Exchanges

Upon approval, merchandise may be returned in new and original
packaging within thirty days of shipment. Please obtain
an authorization number from our customer service Department
before returning merchandise. Sorry, unauthorized returns
will be refused. Some returns may be subject to a restocking
charge. Custom ordered items may not be returned.
Damaged Merchandise

Please open all packages upon receipt and thoroughly
inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery.
Damage claims must be filed within 5 days of delivery.
If damage has occurred, please note the extent of damage
on the freight bill (both your copy and driver's copy and
make sure driver signs both copies), then notify eHome Golf
immediately. If received via UPS: call UPS for inspection.
We require UPS to return the merchandise to us; do not return
it to us yourself and do not discard the material. If received
via a truck line: save all packaging materials for inspection
by the freight company! Call the truck line for an inspection
of the damages. If they fail to make the inspection within
ten days of your notice, forward a letter requesting inspection
by the freight company and send a copy to our customer service
department. We will be happy to assist you!
Although our responsibility for loss and damage ceases when
the products are accepted for shipment by the carrier, we
will, when notified, file a damage claim for the goods shipped,
and ship an immediate replacement upon request. Some delays
may occur if the product is not available. At our request,
you may be asked to return any damaged products to eHome Golf
per eHome Golf's instructions
Back Orders (back
to top)
Back orders include any item not in stock at time of original
shipment. In stock products will normally ship the next business
day. All out of stock merchandise will ship immediately upon
receipt from manufacturer. Separate charges will be incurred
for each shipment. You may request that your order be shipped
complete. Back ordered items will not be billed until
shipped except for deposit and prepayment orders on custom
ordered products.
